What a Difference an ID Makes!

Our client had initially engaged us to market their 2-bedroom apartment for lease at the newly completed Gem Residences in Toa Payoh. However, due to the delay in defects rectification as a result of the Circuit Breaker, they decided not to lease out the apartment and instead, planned to let their parents move in. They wanted to decorate the apartment for their family to move in without a worry and hence, we referred them to one of our interior design partners, Janet Ho from Rezt n Relax, to help them with this task.

We recently checked in on the final product and are so impressed by the tasteful and modern design of the apartment. The decor is complete with delicate finishing touches such as coffee table books and dining ware, which add to the luxurious feel of the apartment. We hope our clients’ parents will thoroughly enjoy living in the apartment!
